Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Allahabad PhD Admission

Those Candidates keen to apply for IIIT Allahabad PhD admissions must possess 60% marks or above in their 10^th, 12^th, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree or equivalent grade (55% Marks for SC/ST candidates)

Candidates applying for PhD Admissions in Information Technology or PhD in Electronics and Communication, must have M.E / M.Tech or equivalent degree with GATE Score.

Candidates applying for PhD in Management, must possess MBA/PGDBM or equivalent degree.

Candidates applying for PhD in Bioinformatics or PhD in Applied Sciences, must have Master’s degree in IT / CS / Bio-Technology / Life Sciences / Statistics / Mathematics /Physics with valid GATE score.
